Art.1
L’Associazione Italia Musica, organizza la Quarta Edizione del Concorso Pianistico Internazionale “Ariano International Piano Competition, che si svolgerà in presenza dall’ 11 al 14 Dicembre presso il Museo Civico e della Ceramica di Ariano Irpino (Avellino - Campania). Il Premio, aperto a tutti i pianisti residenti in Italia e all’estero, prevede n.7 categorie per fasce di età dei candidati.
Il concorso prevede una prova unica con repertorio libero
Art. 2
Categorie Cat. Baby fino a 8 anni (candidati che non avranno compiuto 9 anni alla data del 23 Novembre 2025)
Cat.A fino a 11 anni (candidati che non abbiano compiuto 12 anni alla data del 23 Novembre 2025)
Cat. B dai 12 ai 14 anni (candidati che non avranno compiuto 15 anni alla data del 23 Novembre 2025)
Cat. C dai 15 ai 17 anni (candidati che non avranno compiuto 18 anni alla data del 23 Novembre 2025)
Cat. D dai 18 ai 21 anni (candidati che non avranno compiuto 22 anni alla data del 23 Novembre 2025)
Cat. E dai 22 ai 25 anni (candidati che non avranno compiuto 26 anni alla data del 23 Novembre 2025)
Cat. F senza limiti di etá
E’ possibile iscriversi ad una categoria di età superiore e non inferiore, in ogni caso ad una sola categoria del concorso.

Cat. Baby: durata massima di 4 minuti
Cat. A: durata massima di 5 minuti
Cat. B: durata massima di 8 minuti.
Cat. C: durata massima di 12 minuti.
Cat. D: durata massima di 15 minuti.
Cat. E: durata massima di 20 minuti.
Cat. F: durata massima 25 minuti

Art.3 - Iscrizioni
Le iscrizioni al concorso sono aperte fino al 23 Novembre 2025 e possono essere effettuate inviando i i seguenti
allegati (compilati e firmati alla mail [email protected]) e la ricevuta di pagamento
del contributo:

Art. 4 - Commissioni e valutazioni
La Commissione sarà composta da docenti di conservatorio, musicisti professionisti, Professori d’Orchestra.
Superato il limite massimo di minutaggio la giuria si riserva di interrompere l’esecuzione.
La valutazione della Prova verrà espressa in centesimi; la media sarà calcolata aritmeticamente escludendo il voto più alto e il più basso.
Art. 5 - Punteggi e riconoscimenti
Punteggio da 98 a 100: Primo premio assoluto e relativo Diploma
Punteggio da 95 a 97: Primo premio e relativo Diploma
Punteggio da 90 a 94: Secondo premio e relativo Diploma
Punteggio da 85 a 89: Terzo premio e relativo Diploma
Punteggio da 84 in giù: Diploma di partecipazione

- Concerto nell’ambito dell’Ischia Classica Festival 2026 (Isola d’Ischia, Italia)
▪️▪️ € 400,00 come borsa di studio e €300 come rimborso spese per la partecipazione ai due concerti premio previsti:
- Concerto in Bulgaria nell’ambito del Festival Tune Your Mind 2026
- Concerto nell’ambito della Rassegna Concertistica “Museo in Musica 2026” (Ariano Irpino, Italia)
▪️ € 300,00 come borsa di studio e € 100,00 come rimborso spese per la partecipazione al concerto premio previsto:

Le date, le sedi e le modalità di realizzazione dei concerti saranno comunicate successivamente dall’Organizzazione.
Qualora la Giuria non ritenga di attribuire il Primo Premio Assoluto, i concerti premio saranno comunque conferiti al concorrente che avrà conseguito il punteggio più alto tra i primi premi.
In caso di rinuncia o impossibilità a partecipare da parte del vincitore, l’Organizzazione si riserva il diritto di assegnare i concerti premio ad altro concorrente ritenuto meritevole dalla Giuria.
I vincitori, per riscattare il premio economico, sono tenuti ad esibirsi a titolo gratuito durante la serata di premiazione del 14 Dicembre 2025.
Il giudizio della Commissione è inappellabile.
🏆 Premio Speciale “Biogem Musica”
Offerto dalla rassegna concertistica “Biogem Musica”, sotto la direzione artistica del M° Nazzareno Carusi.
Il premio consiste in un concerto retribuito , da tenersi nell’anno 2026, nell’ambito della programmazione ufficiale della rassegna “Biogem Musica”, che si svolge presso il Centro di Ricerca Biogem (Ariano Irpino – AV).
Il Premio Speciale “Biogem Musica” sarà assegnato a discrezione della Giuria a uno dei partecipanti appartenenti alle categorie D, E o F che abbiano conseguito il Primo Premio Assoluto.
La scelta terrà conto non solo del punteggio ottenuto, ma anche della personalità artistica, della maturità interpretativa e della capacità comunicativa del concorrente.
Le condizioni artistiche ed economiche del concerto (compenso, data, programma e durata) saranno concordate direttamente con la Direzione Artistica di “Biogem Musica”.
Il Premio rappresenta un riconoscimento professionale di alto profilo e un’importante opportunità di visibilità nell’ambito di una prestigiosa rassegna musicale italiana.
Art. 6
All’atto dell’iscrizione al concorso i candidati accettano
tacitamente tutte le regole contenute nel presente bando.
La quota di iscrizione comprende la
partecipazione al concorso, e verrà rimborsata solo nel
caso in cui il concorso non possa svolgersi per decisione
della direzione artistica.
In caso di assenza del candidato, comunicata oltre il
termine di iscrizione, non sarà possibile il rimborso della
quota di iscrizione.
Art. 7
La manifestazione non rientra nel novero dei concorsi e delle operazioni a premio, ai sensi dell’art. 6 comma 1 del DPR 430/2001. Pertanto, ai sensi della Risoluzione n. 8/1251 del 28/10/1976, i premi non verranno assoggettati a ritenuta alla fonte. Resta pertanto a carico del percettore del premio l’obbligo di comprendere il valore del riconoscimento e le somme complessive a tale titolo conseguite nella propria dichiarazione annuale ai fini della determinazione del reddito.
Art. 8
- La direzione Artistica si riserva la facoltà di modificare, interagire o aggiornare il presente regolamento qualora lo ritenga opportuno.
- La Direzione Organizzativa si riserva il diritto di annullare il concorso nel caso in cui il numero delle iscrizioni non risulti adeguato al corretto svolgimento della manifestazione.
- L’Associazione Italia Musica declina ogni responsabilità per eventuali danni, di qualunque natura, a persone o cose che dovessero verificarsi nel corso della manifestazione.

Art.1
The Italia Musica Association is organizing the third edition of the International Piano Competition "Ariano International Piano Competition, which will take place from 11 to 14 December at the Civic and Ceramics Museum of Ariano Irpino (Avellino-Campania). The Prize, open to all pianists residing in Italy and abroad, includes 7 categories by age group of the candidates.
The competition includes a single test with a free repertoire.

Cat.A up to 11 years (candidates who have not turned 12 on 23 November 2025)
Cat. B from 12 to 14 years (candidates who will not have turned 15 on 23 November 2025)
Cat. C from 15 to 17 years old (candidates who will not have turned 18 on 23 November 2025)
Cat. D from 18 to 21 years old (candidates who will not have turned 22 on 23 November 2025)
Cat. E from 22 to 25 years old (candidates who will not have turned 26 on 23 November 2025)
Cat. F without age limits
It is possible to enroll in a higher and not lower age category, in any case in only one category of the competition.
Performance program (single rehearsal - free repertoire)
Cat. Baby: maximum duration of 4 minutes
Cat. A: maximum duration of 5 minutes
Cat. B: maximum duration of 8 minutes.
Cat. C: maximum duration of 12 minutes.
Cat. D: maximum duration of 15 minutes.
Cat. E: maximum duration of 20 minutes.
Cat. F: maximum duration 25 minutes

Before the rehearsal, the competitors must deliver to the commission a copy of the pieces (compulsorily edited) that will be performed and a copy of an identity document.

Registration for the competition is open until 23 November 2025 and can be made by sending the following
attachments (completed and signed to the email [email protected]) and the payment receipt
of the contribution:
• Enrollment and execution schedule;

Art. 4
The Commission will be made up of conservatory professors, professional musicians, orchestra professors, musicologists.
Once the maximum playing time has been exceeded, the jury reserves the right to interrupt the performance.
The evaluation of the Test will be expressed in cents; the average will be calculated arithmetically excluding the highest and lowest grade.

Score from 95 to 97: First prize and relative Diploma
Score from 90 to 94: Second prize and relative Diploma
Score from 85 to 89: Third prize and relative Diploma

The dates, locations and methods of the concerts will be communicated later by the Organisation.
If the Jury does not consider to award the First Prize Absolute, the award concerts will still be awarded to the competitor who has achieved the highest score among the first prizes.
In case of withdrawal or inability to participate by the winner, the Organisation reserves the right to assign the prize concerts to another competitor deemed deserved from the Jury.
The winners, to redeem the economic prize, are required to perform free of charge during the awards evening on 14 December 2025.
The Commission's judgment is final.
🏆 Special Prize “Biogem Musica”
Offered by the concert series “Biogem Musica”, under the artistic direction of Maestro Nazzareno Carusi.
The prize consists of a paid concert engagement, to be held in 2026, as part of the official program of the “Biogem Musica” concert series at the Biogem Research Center (Ariano Irpino – Italy).
The “Biogem Musica” Special Prize will be awarded at the discretion of the Jury to one of the participants from categories D, E, or F who has achieved a First Absolute Prize.
The selection will take into account not only the score obtained, but also the artistic personality, interpretative maturity, and expressive ability of the competitor.
The artistic and financial conditions of the concert (fee, date, program, and duration) will be agreed directly with the Artistic Direction of “Biogem Musica”.
This Prize represents a high-level professional recognition and an important opportunity for visibility within a prestigious Italian concert series.
Art.6
When registering for the competition, candidates accept
tacitly all the rules contained in this notice.
The registration includes the
participation in the competition, and will be refunded only in the event that the competition cannot take place by decision of the artistic direction.
In case of absence of the candidate, communicated after
registration deadline, refunds will not be possible
subscription fee.
Article 7
The event does not fall within the category of competitions and prize operations, pursuant to art. 6 paragraph 1 of Presidential Decree 430/2001. Therefore, pursuant to Resolution no. 8/1251 of 10/28/1976, the prizes will not be subject to withholding tax. Therefore, the recipient of the award is responsible for the obligation to understand the value of the award and the total sums earned in its annual return for the purpose of determining income.
Art. 8
- The Artistic Direction reserves the right to modify, interact or update these regulations if deems appropriate.
- The Organisational Directorate reserves the right to cancel the competition in the event that the number of registrations is not adequate to the correct conduct of the event.
- The Italia Musica Association declines all responsibility for any damage, of any nature, to people or things that may occur during the event.
