Regolamento
Questa Competizione internazionale per musicisti ha lo scopo di promuovere la musica tra i giovani e di individuare e di favorire l'affermazione artistica di talenti emergenti.
Una delle sue finalità è contribuire a diffondere e a sviluppare un sempre maggiore interesse per la musica colta che svolge un importante ruolo formativo della società civile.
Art.1
Il concorso si svolgerá online ed è aperto a tutti i pianisti di qualsiasi nazionalità e di tutte le età.
È possibile candidarsi sia per il concorso online che per quello in presenza.
Il concorso prevede una prova unica con repertorio libero.

E’ possibile iscriversi ad una categoria di età superiore e non inferiore, in ogni caso ad una sola categoria del concorso.

Opportunità artistiche
I vincitori assoluti saranno presentati sul sito ufficiale del concorso, con biografia, foto e video della loro esibizione
Premio del pubblico
Sara assegnato ai 3 partecipanti per ogni categoria dai 15 anni in su con il punteggio più alto nella votazione. Il pubblico potrà esprimere la propria preferenza tramite like o reaction.
I vincitori saranno premiati con attestati digitali e menzione sui canali ufficiali del concorso.
Art.6
La presente edizione si svolgerà online, pertanto, per l’iscrizione e la registrazione del video dell’audizione bisognerà attenersi alle seguenti indicazioni:
a) La registrazione deve essere chiara e priva di rumori di fondo, senza
preclusione di location.
b) Non è necessario che i video siano di qualità professionale purché l’immagine e l’audio siano chiari.
c) Il video deve essere realizzato da una telecamera fissa (videocamere, cellulari, tablet così come con sistemi professionali di registrazione) e deve mostrare in ogni momento il volto, le mani del musicista e lo strumento per intero. È vietato qualsiasi taglio video all’interno dello stesso brano, mentre sono consentiti tagli tra un brano e l’altro del video.
d) Le registrazioni solo audio non sono accettate.
e) Sono tollerate le riprese video che superano di poco il tempo assegnato.
f) Inserire nell’apposito campo del form di iscrizione, il link al video dell’esibizione, pubblicato su YouTube ed impostando la visibilità su “Pubblico o privato” e indicando nel titolo:
“ARIANO ONLINE PIANO COMPETITION 2025” , NOME, COGNOME E CATEGORIA.
Nella descrizione si deve inserire il programma che viene eseguito.

Commissioni e valutazioni
La Commissione sarà composta da docenti di conservatorio, musicisti professionisti, Professori d’Orchestra, musicologi.
Il giudizio della Commissione è inappellabile.
Art.9
All’atto dell’iscrizione al concorso i candidati accettano tacitamente tutte le regole contenute nel presente bando.
La quota di iscrizione è una tantum e comprende la partecipazione al concorso, e verrà rimborsata solo nel caso in cui il concorso non possa svolgersi per decisione della direzione artistica.
Art.10
La manifestazione non rientra nel novero dei concorsi e delle operazioni a premio, ai sensi dell’art. 6 comma 1 del DPR 430/2001. Pertanto, ai sensi della Risoluzione n. 8/1251 del 28/10/1976, i premi non verranno assoggettati a ritenuta alla fonte. Resta pertanto a carico del percettore del premio l’obbligo di comprendere il valore del riconoscimento e le somme complessive a tale titolo conseguite nella propria dichiarazione annuale ai fini della determinazione del reddito.

Privacy
Con la sottoscrizione della scheda di iscrizione, ciascun candidato autorizza espressamente l’Organizzazione del Premio al trattamento e alla tutela dei dati personali trasmessi ai sensi della legge 657/96 (legge sulla Privacy) e successive modifiche D.Lgs 196/2003 ( Codice Privacy), aggiornamento informativa ai sensi dell’Art.13 del Regolamento EU 2016/679 (GDPR) in vigore dal 25/05/2018.
L’organizzazione garantisce che tali dati saranno utilizzati
esclusivamente per lo svolgimento degli adempimenti inerenti alla IV Edizione del Premio e trattati in base al succitato regolamento dell’Unione Europea in materia di trattamento dei dati personali.

This international competition for musicians aims to promote music among young people and to identify and encourage the artistic affirmation of emerging talents.
One of its aims is to contribute to spreading and developing an ever-increasing interest in classical music which plays an important educational role in civil society.
Art.1
The competition will take place online and is open to all pianists of any nationality and of all ages.
It is possible to apply for both the online and online competitions presence.
The competition includes a single test with a free repertoire.

It is possible to register for a higher and not lower age category, in any case for only one category of the competition.

Artistic opportunities
- The absolute winners will be presented on the official website of the Competition, with biography, photos and videos of their performance.
- It will be assigned to the 3 participants for each category from 15 years old and up with the highest score in the voice. The public will be able to express their preference trough like or reaction.
The winners will be honoured with digital certificates and mention on the official channels of the Competition.
Art.6
This edition will take place online, therefore, for registration and recording the video of the audition, the following instructions must be followed:
a) The recording must be clear and free of background noise, without location foreclosure.
b) The videos do not need to be of professional quality as long as the picture and sound are clear.
c) The video must be created by a fixed camera (video cameras, mobile phones, tablets as well as with professional recording systems) and must show the musician's face, hands and the entire instrument at all times. Any video cutting within the same song is prohibited, while cuts between one song and another in the video are permitted.
d) Audio-only recordings are not accepted.
e) Video recordings that slightly exceed the allotted time are tolerated.
f) Enter the link to the video in the appropriate field of the registration form
of the performance, published on YouTube and setting the visibility to “Public or private” and indicating in the title:
“ARIANO ONLINE COMPETITION PLAN 2025” , NAME, SURNAME E CATEGORY.
The program being executed must be included in the description.

Registration deadline is 25 November 2025 and can be done either by filling out the registration form (see at the bottom of the page) and sending it to [email protected], or by completing the Google Form.

Commissions and evaluations
The Commission will be made up of conservatory teachers and musicians professionals, orchestra professors, musicologists.
The Commission's judgment is final.

When registering for the competition, candidates tacitly accept all the rules contained in this announcement.
The registration fee is one-off and includes participation in the competition, and will be refunded only if the competition cannot take place due to a decision of the artistic direction.
Art.10
The event does not fall within the category of competitions and prize operations, pursuant to art. 6 paragraph 1 of Presidential Decree 430/2001. Therefore, pursuant to Resolution no. 8/1251 of 10/28/1976, the prizes will not be subject to withholding tax. It is therefore the responsibility of the recipient of the prize to understand the value of the recognition and the overall sums obtained for this purpose in your annual return for the purposes of determining income.

Privacy
By signing the registration form, each candidate
expressly authorizes the Prize Organization to process and
to the protection of personal data transmitted pursuant to Law 657/96 (Privacy Law) and subsequent amendments to Legislative Decree 196/2003 (Privacy Code), information update pursuant to Article 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) in force from 05/25/2018.
The organization guarantees that such data will be used
exclusively for carrying out the obligations relating to IV
Edition of the Prize and treaties based on the aforementioned regulation of the European Union regarding the processing of personal data.
